The Texas woman who charges that Houston Texans running back Arian Foster tried to pressure her into getting an abortion has given her first interview since her lawsuit against him leaked to the public.

In an interview with local television station KHOU 11, Brittany Norwood, a 20-year-old student at the University of Houston, discussed her relationship with Foster. She said they were first “intimate” in September and that she was unaware that he was married. He has been with his wife, Romina Reinhart, since 2011.

“I truly fell in love with this person,” Norwood told KHOU. But her relationship with Foster deteriorated when she revealed that she was pregnant with his child.

"He’s like, ‘You can’t have this, you can’t have this kid, like, we cannot bring a child into this, like, think about my kids,’" Norwood said. In one text message, Foster allegedly told her that she “can’t bring a life into this world under these circumstances. It’s not fair to anyone. It’s not just about you.”

Foster’s alleged baby mama claims that the NFL star enlisted his older brother, Abdul, to pressure her into getting an abortion. “He’s like, ‘You know, if you loved Arian at all you would have an abortion because this child is going to ruin everything,’" Norwood told KHOU. "’Like, our whole family will never accept this child."

Norwood has since filed a lawsuit against Foster, the details of which were leaked by TMZ. The college student is seeking child support, damages for emotional distress, and a restraining order that would prevent Foster from continuing to pressure her to get an abortion. She also claims to have obtained DNA tests that confirm a 99.9 percent probability that Foster is the father of her child. The baby is due in June.

In addition, Norwood sold several photos of her with Foster to TMZ. According to KHOU’s report, the photos were taken when the former couple spent a week together in November while Foster recovered from back surgery.

Foster reportedly responded to Norwood’s lawsuit this week, claiming that his alleged baby mama plans to exploit her pregnancy in order to star in a reality television series. His legal filing includes a screenshot of a tweet that Norwood purportedly posted to her Twitter account.

In the tweet, she refers to herself as a “blondashian” — a reference to the Kardashian family — and claimed that she was “shooting interviews for the last casting reel for my family’s reality show.” The Texans running back also asked a judge to silence Norwood before she turned the legal proceedings into a media “carnival.”
