On Saturday evening, Prince Harry graced the Invictus Games closing ceremonies in Toronto's Air Canada Centre. The duke was seated in the VIP box at the stadium where he watched Bruce Springsteen, Bryan Adams, Kelly Clarkson, Bachman & Turner and Coeur de pirate perform for the culmination of the event.

The "Suits" actress made sure to show her support and celebrate the successful event with her boyfriend. Markle even took her mom, Doria Radlan, to witness the program. In the photos shared by People, the mother and daughter duo were smiling and clapping during the celebration.

For the event, Markle sported a tan trench coat, black top and black pants. Markle's choice of clothing has made headlines lately. Many believe that her high-profile romance with Prince Harry makes her a good endorser too. In fact, her influence on fashion trends has been dubbed the Meghan Effect, which is reportedly as potent as Kate Middleton's Kate Effect.

The Meghan Effect started when she attended the opening ceremony of the Invictus Games with Prince Harry. The "Horrible Bosses" star kept it casual in a white button-down shirt, tattered jeans and flats. But shortly after she was photographed wearing the ensemble, the brands of her clothing started to run out of stock. Markle's $420 jeans by Los Angeles-based brand Mother were all sold out. Her $230 Misha NoNoo blouse and $640 Sarah Flint footwear were no longer available on the shelves, while her $210 tote bag now has a lengthy waitlist.

There is no doubt that Markle's popularity is growing, as proven by her setting a trend with whatever she wears. This, along with her high profile romance with Prince Harry, is one of the reasons why NBC Universal decided to heighten the "Suits" star's security protocol.

The actress reportedly received round-the-clock protection after appearing at the Invictus Games with Prince Harry. She was provided with a personal security team. The network also extended the security at her home and on the set of her hit show on USA Network. New cameras were installed at the front and back of her home, while a team performs regular sweeps along the streets to check on her.
