The specifications and features of the Meizu MX5 recently were leaked online. And now the handset has visited a couple of benchmark testing sites, thereby confirming the configurations. The Meizu MX4 release date is confirmed for June 30, says GSM Arena.

The GFXBench benchmark testing site has revealed key specifications. The Geekbench benchmark testing site, on the other end, highlights the performance score of the Meizu MX4. The benchmark-listed configurations are much in line with the earlier leaks. According to the GFXBench listing, the MX5 will come with a big 5.5-inch display, aided by a Full HD screen resolution.

The Meizu MX5 will be powered by a Mediatek MT6795T chip, also referred as Helio X10, along with an octa-core Cortex-A53 processor, running at 2.1 GHz. The handset will be backed by a solid 3 GB of RAM configuration and the graphical unit by PowerVR G6200. For memory, the device will come equipped with 16 GB of built-in storage.

The Meizu MX5 will sport a 20.7 MP rear-facing sensor camera. This unit is capable of capturing 2160p videos. There will also be a cool 5 MP front-facing selfie shooter, which is capable of recording 1080p videos.

The Geekbench benchmark testing site says the Meizu MX5 has scored approximately 5300 points. The standout score puts the Meizu device in the league of the Samsung Galaxy S6.

GSM Arena says the Chinese tech titan is also working on a bigger and better “Meizu MX5 Pro.” This handset will feature a killer 6.0-inch display combined with a QHD screen resolution. It will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 7420 SoC. Additionally, this handset will be backed by an impressive 4 GB of RAM. For cameras, the Meizu MX5 Pro is believed to sport the same 20 MP sensor seen in the flagship MX5.

Meizu has not confirmed the MX5 Pro or MX5 specifications and features so far.
