Merkel-Sarkozy meeting that took place in Berlin on Sunday came out with agreement between them among certain goals to ease the European debt crisis which is threatening the region's well being.

The talks included launching new measures to ease the Greek debt dilemma, recapitalize banks capital and speeding up economic coordination in the euro area, through making amendments to the Lisbon Treaty, by the end of the current month, before the G20 summit in Cannes on November 3-4.

However, no details for the plan were divulged, so far, yet there is agreement between the Franco-German leaders regarding banks recapitalization.
