German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that EU leaders will put Greece's 110 billion-euro package ending 2013 terms under discussion when they meet in next month's summit.

Merkel said easing the terms of the bailout such as extending the time for repaying debt to more than three years since Ireland had seven years maturity in its aid package will increase confidence in the euro.

Greece actually asked for lowering the 5% interest on debt and Ireland referred that it has the same demand.
