Konami, publisher of the "Metal Gear" action-adventure series, posted on its blog today that details about "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" will be revealed at the company's pre-E3 press conference, which will be held on June 6.

The press conference will be live-streamed on Konami's website, as well as GameSpot's site and its Xbox LIVE app.

Konami also mentioned that a new trailer for "Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2" will be shown. Konami made a reference to "other major company announcements" being made at the event as well.
