Dow Jones - The euro/dollar exchange rate has reached a level that isn't easy to adjust to. It would be an illusion to believe that the weak economic situation, such as in the United States - many call it a recession - won't have any repercussions for the German economy. This certainly won't be the case. We are no paradise island, even though we are relatively well positioned. We're part of the world as part of the large industrialized nations. If the market is going down, then our economy is involved. I'm a little worried. We have to look at what is happening in the United States.
