Michael Jackson's ex-wife, Lisa Marie Presley, said on Friday in her MySpace blog that she and the singer used to talk about death and that he had expressed his fears of ending up like her father Elvis Presley.

Presley in her blog entry said she and the King of pop were having a conversation about death in general and that they may have been discussing about her father's death.

"At some point he paused, he stared at me very intensely and he stated with an almost calm certainty, I am afraid that I am going to end up like him, the way he did', the blog entry read.

"I promptly tried to deter him from the idea, at which point he just shrugged his shoulders and nodded almost matter of fact as if to let me know, he knew what he knew and that was kind of that', the entry read.

Presley, 41, married Jackson in May 1994 for 20 months said she wept as she watched coverage of his death.

Presley, who rarely talks about her relationship with Jackson, wrote that the marriage was unusual but not a sham as skeptics suggested.

"The exact Scenario I saw happen on August 16th, 1977 happening again right now with Michael', she wrote on her blog referring to the date her father died.
