NBA legend and Charlotte Bobcats owner Michael Jordan is giving marriage a second shot.

According to publicist Estee Portnoy, Jordan will marry three-year girlfriend Yvette Prieto, a 32-year-old Cuban-American model. The couple got engaged over the weekend. No wedding date has been set.

There has been no announcement of a prenuptial agreement.

Jordan, 48, went through a high-profile divorce in 2006 from Juanita Vanoy after 17 years of marriage. The couple settled for $168 million. They have two sons, Jeffrey Michael and Marcus James, and a daughter, Jasmine.

Jeffrey Jordan is a senior at the University of Central Florida, and plays point guard.
