Orlando police subpoenaed the mother of the man who has been named as a primary suspect in the case of missing Orlando mom, Michelle Parker.

New 13 has reported that Dale Smith Jr.'s mother was recently questioned by police.

Local attorney Richard Hornsby told the news station that he went Tamara Smith and advised her regarding the process, noting that she answered any and all questions she was asked. He added that Tamara Smith will continue cooperating with police, as she is concerned about her grandchildren and her son. She also wants Parker found, News 13 reported.

Parker, a 33-year-old mother of 3-year-old twins, was last seen on Nov. 17 shortly after appearing on an episode of The People's Court she taped with ex-fiance Dale Smith months earlier.

Parker was reportedly driving a black Hummer SUV near Orlando, which was found the day after she went missing.

Search Expands

The search for Parker grew on Tuesday with volunteers expanding their search to Daytona Beach. There were reports that a woman resembling Parker was seen there, according to Fox News.

News 13 said Daytona Beach police is ready to offer any help with the search.

It was previously reported that Parker was involved in a domestic violence case with Dale Smith, which dates to 2009. Records also show that Smith was previously convicted on drug and domestic battery charges, accoridng to reports.
