A mobile phone belonging to Michelle Parker, 33, who has been missing since Nov. 17, has been recovered, Orlando, Fla., police said Thursday. Parker, the mother of two children, was last seen dropping her twins off at the residence of Dale Smith Jr., her ex-fiancé.

Parker's sister, Lauren Erickson, confirmed the iPhone 4 belonged to her sister.

It was an iPhone 4 with her case. She had a plaid Hurley case and it is definitely her phone. Seeing that, it gives me hope that even after so many days, you can still find something, Erickson told WESH News.

Although authorities have not disclosed the date and location of the phone's recovery, they have confirmed it was found in good condition and that the phone's number was registered to Parker. The phone has been sent for forensic testing.

The phone was found in remarkably good condition and is currently undergoing forensic testing in the hopes that it will yield physical evidence and/or data which will assist in this investigation, the police press release said.

The investigating authorities had earlier declared Smith a prime suspect in Parker's disappearance, which happened on the same day an episode of The People's Court featuring the two of them, was aired. The two appeared on the show over a dispute about a $5,000 engagement ring. On the show, Parker described her relationship with Smith as tumultuous.

He gets pretty malicious and vindictive, Parker told the courtroom, and he's a mean person, especially when he's been drinking.

He shouldn't have put his hands on me and he shouldn't have put his hands on me prior. He shouldn't have left me three or four times over the past year and a half that we've been together, she said.

Parker's family resumed their search from a command post in a parking lot on Monday.
