Four years after his death, actress Michelle Williams is moving out of the Brooklyn brownstone she shared with the late Heath Ledger and is moving in with her current boyfriend, actor Jason Segel.

Williams and Segel have moved into a “sprawling loft overlooking the Manhattan skyline,” the (U.K.) Daily Mail reported. The loft, also in Brooklyn, is a part of an old warehouse converted into a residential property.

“Michelle, Jason and Matilda seem very happy here, the building is beautiful,” a source told the Daily Mail. “They've been here a few months now and they look right at home.”

There are reports that Segel has been seen outside the property with Matilda, Williams' seven-year-old daughter by Ledger.

Williams and Ledger bought their Brooklyn home in 2005 when Matilda was still a baby. The two actors met in 2004 on the set of “Brokeback Mountain.” Williams still owns the house in Boerum Hill.

The family lived there from 2005 to 2007, until the couple split. Five months later, in January 2008, Ledger died of an overdose of prescription drugs.

Since then, Williams has starred in numerous films, including “Shutter Island” and “My Week with Marilyn,” for which she was nominated for an Oscar.

It is thought that Williams and Segel were introduced through a mutual friend, actress, Busy Philipps.

Friends of Michelle Williams’ say that she’s never been happier, the Daily Mail reported.

In March, Segel, who stars in the CBS TV show, “How I Met Your Mother,” spoke to Parade magazine about his relationship status.

“I don’t want to have a girlfriend for the sake of having a girlfriend. I have no desire to pick a random girl. I want the right girl. There are plenty of opportunities, but I would rather have the right one,” Segel said.
