Happy Birthday, Miley Cyrus!
The singer, activist and all around wild child celebrated her 24th birthday Wednesday. The daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus got her start in show business starring in the Disney Channel series "Hannah Montana" and quickly became one of the most famous teens on the planet. After a number of albums and starring in the coming-of-age film "The Last Song" with Liam Hemsworth, Cyrus shocked the fans with a shocking makeover. She released her album "Bangerz," twerked on stage at the MTV VMAs and officially erased her squeaky-clean Disney Image.
Today, the self-proclaimed "hippie" is happily engaged to Hemsworth, writing music and coaching aspiring singers on "The Voice." She also started the Happy Hippie Foundation, which works to "fight injustice facing homeless youth, LGBTQ youth and other vulnerable populations.
