Although reports suggest that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth may be facing trouble in their relationship, the “Wrecking Ball” singer’s godmother surely seems elevated about the reconciliation, Entertainment Tonight reported, after an exclusive interview with Dolly Parton. Rumors suggesting that Cyrus and Hemsworth are engaged began making the rounds after the singer was seen in several photos on Instagram wearing a ring that she reportedly received the first time she got engaged to Hemsworth in 2012. The two broke up in 2013.

The 70-year-old country music icon spoke about her goddaughter's relationship. “I was really happy when I heard they'd gotten back together, 'cause I know that seemed to be a big heartache for both of them when that happened,” she said, adding: “That's good that they're back together.”

She also praised Cyrus in the interview, saying: “Miley, she's great. ... She's a talent, she's deep, she's smart, she's sensitive, and she's gone through a lot — she's put herself through a lot — but she's gonna always land on her feet 'cause she's a gifted girl,” Entertainment Tonight reported.

Earlier reports said that the "Hunger Games" actor had told Cyrus to stop using marijuana excessively as the habit was troubling him.

A report by InTouch Weekly said, citing a source: “They recently had a huge fight. Liam told Miley he wants her to quit pot. ... Every day Liam comes home and the entire house reeks of weed,” making him “so annoyed.”

However, Cyrus recently posted a photo in which she was seen smoking and wearing her ring. In the photograph, Cyrus, in a black top and jeans, was accompanied by a friend. Previous reports said that Hemsworth wanted Cyrus to reduce her antics and focus on keeping their relationship private this time.

On Tuesday, Cyrus voiced her disgust over feuds between women on Instagram and subtly hinted at Kim Kardashian’s ongoing clashes with Bette Midler and Chloë Grace Moretz. Cyrus posted a photo of a "Kimoji" and captioned it: “Dear women, you ALL are acting tacky AF. Why don't we overly (myself included) fortunate women come together and try to create and bring jobs to other women in desperate need of them so they can support not only THEMSELVES but their families! #happyinternationalwomensday.”

She also said: “Can we all ... love / celebrate one another,” adding: “PS no matter how hard you (or myself) work NEVER will I feel I am worthy of the comfort I live in. ... Because so many others while I tuck myself in at night are laying their head on the pavement, dreaming of all the things we take for granted every day. Much love to all my women.”

The feud between Midler, Moretz and Kardashian began after the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star tweeted a nude photo of herself, triggering a response from Midler, who slammed the photo. “Kim Kardashian tweeted a nude selfie today. If Kim wants us to see a part of her we've never seen, she's gonna have to swallow the camera,” Midler said, according to Us Weekly.

Moretz tweeted: “I truly hope you realize how important setting goals are for young women, teaching them we have so much more to offer than just our bodies.”

Kardashian replied to Midler by saying: “Hey @BetteMidler I know it's past your bedtime but if you're still up and reading this send nudes #justkidding… hey @BetteMidler I really didn't want to bring up how you sent me a gift awhile back trying to be a fake friend then come at me #dejavu.”

In response to Moretz, Kardashian tweeted: “Let's all welcome @ChloeGMoretz to twitter, since no one knows who she is. your nylon cover is cute boo.”
