As one of the big supporters of Hillary Clinton, Miley Cyrus may have hoped for her presidential choice to emerge victorious in the 2016 presidential election. However, as the votes were being counted and as Republican candidate Donald Trump started to get the lead in the race, the “Wrecking Ball” singer felt the need to throw some shade at Clinton’s primary rival.

Just a few hours before Trump was officially declared the winner of this year’s election, Cyrus took to Instagram to share a screenshot of a Washington Post report on how Trump was booed when he came to vote at his polling station. The former “Hannah Montana” actress did not caption the screenshot with words. She instead used emojis to express her feelings.

Unfortunately for Miley, instead of using the Tongue-Out emoji, she used the Savoring Delicious Food emoji. It isn’t clear if this is a deliberate move from Liam Hemsworth’s girlfriend, but it’s understandable if she used the wrong emoji. After all, the Savoring Delicious Food emoji is one of the commonly misused emojis, according to Good Housekeeping.

On Tuesday, Cyrus also called for her followers to vote for Clinton. She first posted a selfie where she is showing off her “I Voted” sticker. She captioned the photo: “I voted today for @hillaryclinton. I am so proud of all of you who did the same! #ImWithHer.” In a follow-up tweet, she reminded her fans to vote for the Democratic Party’s candidate and to vote for her team on “The Voice.”

Now that Clinton has lost the presidency to Trump, many of the “We Can’t Stop” singer’s fans and bashers are wondering if she is keeping her promise to leave the United States If Trump were to win the election. Her post about Trump is rife with comments about which country she should move to to fulfill her vow and reminders that she should keep her promise. Instagram user nevvele recommended that Cyrus should move to either England or Canada. On the other hand, thebrittanyhowe wrote: “So when are you moving?”

In March, Cyrus expressed a strong message on social media that she is leaving the United States if Trump becomes the 45th president. “Honestly f—k this s—t. I am moving if this is my president!” she was quoted as writing on her Instagram by The Hill. As of this time, Cyrus has yet to respond to questions if she is indeed leaving the country.
