The 30-year-old “Super Bass” rapper tweeted taunting messages to the pop singer Thursday after the Hollywood Reporter claimed “American Idol” producers were eyeing to replace Carey with Lopez next season, going on to call her “bitter” and “insecure" and saying she is intimidating to the 43-year-old performer.

The plan to bring back Lopez full-time was dropped, but producers are planning to bring back the singer for the show’s May finale.

“This is just another ridiculous ‘Idol’ judge rumor, likely started by talks of Jennifer performing on the finale,” a Fox spokesperson said in a statement Thursday.

The star's first feud occured in January during the first week of filming season 12 of the reality show. The televised fight began after Minaj claimed Carey and fellow judge Randy Jackson were forcing a contestant into being a country singer.

Minaj addressed her ongoing feud with the singer on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" days later, alleging their was tension between the two due to rumors that Carey never wanted the rapper to join the panel.

“It was just two big old divas I guess," Minaj said. “I didn’t believe it. ... I was like ‘no,’ I’m friends with Mariah. ... I went there and started feeling a little bit of the shade and kind of overcompensated by being crazier, and I don’t think that really [worked],” she said.

Despite the recent drama, Minaj said the duo were on good terms, claiming she cannot hold a grudge against the signer after looking up to her for some many years.

“I don’t know if she’s gotten over it, by I have," she said.

Carey has to yet respond.
