Miranda Lambert took to Instagram Tuesday to talk about her “heartache and healing” last year, when she divorced Blake Shelton after being together for six years. Lambert also faced cheating rumors, which resurfaced recently, after she parted ways with the “Sangria” singer.

On Monday, Lambert released her latest single “Vice” — her first since the divorce. In the song, the country singer sang about heartbreak and being “numb” and “lonely.”

In her Tuesday’s Instagram post, Lambert spoke of finding peace in “dark places” and called music a “medicine.”

While Lambert moved on with musician Anderson East, Shelton found new love in Gwen Stefani.

Recently, infidelity allegations against Lambert resurfaced. An OK! magazine report claimed that the 32-year-old admitted to her friend that she was behind her separation from Shelton.

Lambert has been “wracked with guilt for a while” over her rumored infidelities, and “thinks that alcohol played a part in her behavior,” a source told the magazine. The source further alleged that the songstress “really wants Blake to know she’s sorry” and “doesn’t want to hold him back.”

However, the report was dismissed by Gossip Cop.
