Michigan State Police have put out a Missing and Endangered Advisory for 14-year-old who was last seen Thursday, according to local reports. Neveah Snyder was seen leaving Shepherd High School in central Michigan at approximately 10:10 a.m. and has not spotted or heard from since.

“We’ve been hitting this very hard, exploring every option possible,” Chief Luke Sawyer of the Shepherd Police Department said.

According to WJRT, an ABC affiliate in Flint, Snyder, who has been described as outgoing, is approximately 4-foot-11 and weighs 130 pounds. She has blonde hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a gray Nike sweatshirt, jeans, and black and pink tennis shoes.

“She was perfectly fine in the morning and then she went to school. She went to her first two hours and then I went to go pick her up for an appointment and she wasn’t there,” Tiara Kyser, Snyder’s sister, said. “We’ve just been looking around for her trying to find her. Messaging everybody we can seeing if they know anything but nobody knows anything.”

Sawyer has said that his department is using every resource and employing every connection in their search for Snyder.

“Reaching out to partners in law enforcement, checking camera footage, things like that so it’s an ongoing investigation. We’re doing everything in our power to get Nevaeh home to her family,” Sawyer said. “As a dad of some kids myself, it really hits to your heart and again we’re going to do everything we possibly can to get her home. That’s a parent’s worst nightmare.”

Any people with information pertaining to Snyder’s case are encouraged to reach out Shephard Police at (989) 828-5045 or (989) 289-3178.
