Finally the wait is over! Our favorite mischievous ladies from the hit ABC series “Mistresses” will be back for a second season set to premiere on Monday, June 2. And you'd better believe we’ll be watching.

According to reports, Season 2 will pick up just where Season 1 left off – with Savi recovering from her near-death experience. Perhaps her close encounter has something to do with the premiere title, “Rebuild.” But the real question is: Will Savi be rebuilding her life with or without a baby?

Fans of the show have been sitting on this question since the Season 1 finale aired in September. We know the baby survived the car crash, but did the unborn child survive Savi losing consciousness and flatlining? Guess we’ll have to stay tuned to find out!

“Eight months later, Savi, having cheated death, makes the most of her second chance,” episode 1’s synopsis explained. “Karen struggles to rebound from loss, both personal and professional. April’s life gets interesting when an old friend, Mickey (guest star Joseph May), returns and pushes her to make some changes and Joss tried her hand at a new job, party planner to wealthy Angelenos, in the second premiere of ‘Mistress.’”

If you think that sounds enticing, just wait until you hear what executive producer Rina Mimoun had to say about the coming season!

“This season is all about our ladies pushing the limits, testing their boundaries and discovering just how far they are willing to go for love,” she told TVline. “For some of them, the answer is pretty f---ing far. And we’re introducing a bunch of new characters to help us explore these issues.”

One of those new characters is a “sexy” and “smoldering artist” named Daniel who will get April to “open up… in more ways than one.” Ou la! But don’t expect “Mistresses” to be chock full of bad boys. Apparently “The Nicest Guy Ever” will be thrown into the mix.

“We’ve been referring to him as Scott Wolf-Foley in the writers’ room,” the showrunner teased of Joss’ new lover Scott.
