Singer Mitchell Tenpenny went down on a knee to propose to his girlfriend, singer Meghan Patrick, after four years of dating. Tenpenny and Patrick got engaged Wednesday at the same bar they first met.

The 32-year-old singer shared a series of photos on his Instagram and captioned the post, "Somebody’s got me."

In the first photo, Tenpenny could be seen down on one knee and putting a ring on Patrick's finger in a beautiful setup. In the background, a huge "MARRY ME" sign could be seen kept on the ground around flowers and candles decorated in the shape of a heart.

In the next two photos, the couple could be seen smiling while holding hands.

Many celebs in the comments section congratulated the couple. Drummer Nate Smith commented, "This is amazing!!! Way to go bro! Congrats you two," while rapper Jelly Roll wrote, "Biggest flex in the city right now — hell yea - good for y’all Bubba."

Patrick also took to Instagram to share the same photos and recalled the moment she first met him.

"4 years ago I walked into the backroom of @losersoriginal bar, straight out of a tree stand in full camo… that was the first time @m10penny and I ever set eyes on each other," she wrote in the caption.

"And tonight, in that same bar, I walked in (also wearing camo _ ) and he asked me a question," she added. "I’ve known the answer for a long time, and I can’t think of a better place to say yes."

Talking about the significance of the bar, the singer told People that he "met Meghan here so it was the perfect place — and hey, I got engaged 'at the end of a bar!'" referring to his music track with the same name from the album, "Famous Friends."

Tenpenny further revealed that he was keen on getting both their families involved in this and before proposing, Tenpenny took Patrick's father's permission.

"He gave me his blessing," Tenpenny said while Patrick chimed in, "What my dad actually said he agreed to was two goats, one cow and 10 chickens!"

Patrick, 34, noted that she was aware that her family was coming to spend the weekend with them but had no clue about this surprise.

"With my family coming into town this weekend I thought maybe, because we have talked about this for a while," she explained. "But I did not expect this! This is the most perfect engagement I could have ever imagined."

Tenpenny admitted that he prepared a speech for the event but he was so nervous that he couldn't say everything. "She was crying, I was crying. All I wanted was to hear her say yes!" he added.

On the work front, Patrick was last featured in a music video, "Never Giving Up on You," which was dropped in April. Tenpenny, meanwhile, lent his voice in an animated TV series, "Circle Presents: Road Stories."
