“Mob Wives” star Renee Graziano posted a cryptic message to Twitter on Tuesday, the same day that her friend and co-star Big Ang was reportedly admitted to the hospital. Big Ang is battling stage 4 brain and lung cancer and is reportedly on her deathbed.

Graziano told her 423,000 Twitter followers they should always tell their loved ones they care. “Don't let a day go by that you're mad [at] someone or that [you] just haven't told them [you] love them [for you] never know when [you] will lose them,” she wrote. The post was shared dozens of times.

Graziano, 47, could be referencing her friend. The two sparred on Season 5 of “Mob Wives” and almost ended their friendship. They fixed their relationship in Season 6 of the show, but Graziano still might be worried about some of the things she said to her longtime friend, especially since she wrote it on the same day Big Ang was reportedly admitted to the hospital.

Since the tweet was general and didn’t directly mention Big Ang, whose real name is Angela Raiola, directly, it could have just been a general quote without meaning. The reality star regularly writes uplifting sayings and shares quotes from preacher and author Joel Osteen.

Whatever Graziano meant or didn’t mean by her mysterious quote, one thing is certain: Big Ang is fighting a serious battle against cancer. She opened up about her fears during an interview with celebrity doctor Mehmet Oz on Tuesday.

“I thought that was it, I was done,” she said about her cancer diagnosis. “I said, ‘Oh, cancer. I’m gonna die. Everyone dies from cancer.’ You know, you hear ‘cancer’ and right away you think you’re going to die.”

Big Ang’s cancer battle is being documented on the final season of “Mob Wives,” which airs on VH1 Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST.
