RTTNews - Thursday, the Moody's Investors Service upgraded the outlook for Indonesia's Ba3 sovereign rating to positive from stable.

The rating agency also changed the outlook on the country's B1 foreign currency bank deposit ceilings to positive from stable. However, it left the outlook for its Ba2 foreign currency country ceiling at stable.

Moody's Vice President and Sovereign Analyst for Indonesia said, The improvement in the outlook was prompted by Indonesia's relatively strong growth prospects, and an increasingly effective macro-economic policy framework.
