Some traders were encouraged by the early morning action in December RBOB, with its ability to register a higher high. While yesterday's EIA data showed a larger than expected build of 1.439 million barrels, they remain 6.351 million barrels below last year and 5.142 million below the five year average. Average total gasoline demand for the past four weeks was down 1.78% compared to last year. Gasoline imports came in at 526,000 barrels per day compared to 530,000 barrels the previous week.
