October natural gas prices trended lower throughout the overnight and initial morning hours. While some of the weakness might have been profit-taking ahead of today's EIA storage report, moderating temperatures across the US are another force weighing on demand. Expectations for this morning's EIA storage report are for an injection in the range of 33 bcf, which is smaller than the same week a year ago of 61 bcf and the five year average of 60 bcf.
