Just one week before Motorola's September 5 event, the specifications for its new Droid RAZR M 4G LTE phone have been leaked, according to Mashable. The device will sport scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass 2, as well as a Kevlar-reinforced back, making it a far sturdier proposition than previous RAZR phones.

The phone will be powered by Android 4.0 or, as its also known, Ice Cream Sandwich.

As of now, the price is still unknown, however the price of the this new Droid RAZR will likely be announced September 5, 2012, which is the day of an event held at Gotham Hall in New York City, according to Mashable. This new iteration of the RAZR is expected to be a steep step up in terms of quality and overall design from its predecessor, which debuted in 2011.
