Mount Knowledge’s products and services are changing the way consumers of all ages are learning and retaining subjects, starting at childhood and continuing for the rest of their personal and business lives.

Mount Knowledge’s strategy for growth includes leveraging online and Internet based learning methodologies, with plans to move to a homogenous product model that can be used online, offline or from other multimedia storage devices. To maximize available resources, the Company concentrates on key international markets where language learning (ESL and ELT) is a priority and where costs to develop the products to adapt to these markets are manageable.

On January 5th, Mount Knowledge Holdings announced that it has acquired Language Key Asia Ltd, a well-established business English and communication skills training holding company in Hong Kong, including its operational subsidiaries in Hong Kong and mainland China. Language Key’s solid reputation and performance has resulted in a client list consisting of well-recognized international companies such as HSBC, Ernst & Young, Maersk, Coca-Cola and Bayer.

Over the past six months, Language Key has focused on expanding its relationships with key blue chip clients such as Lenovo, PCCW, and China Eximbank, as well as adding new prestigious clients. According to the press release, Mount Knowledge’s management is very confident that Language Key will be the key driver in the company’s plan to grow its B2B operations across the Asia-Pacific region.

Dirk Haddow, Language Key’s President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Combining our market presence, expertise, experience and reputation in the Asian market with Mount Knowledge’s technology, our joint collaboration will provide an unsurpassed competitive advantage in the corporate training market across the Asia-Pacific region. We have already hit the ground running and are gearing up for our new product launch in Singapore.”

Also in January, Mount Knowledge announced that it has acquired a majority of the outstanding shares of common stock of Mount Knowledge USA, Inc. (MTKUSA) from Birch First Advisors, LLC, a limited liability company owned by Birch First Trust, an affiliate of the Company. For more than a year, MTKUSA has, separately from Mount Knowledge, operated its sales and marketing efforts in North America and Asia under licensing arrangements.

Daniel A. Carr, President and CEO of Mount Knowledge Holdings, Inc., commented, “With the recent purchase of the Intellectual Property of the Mount Knowledge products and services, the acquisition of 49% ownership interest of Mount Knowledge Technologies, Inc., and 100% ownership of Language Key Asia Ltd, we felt the time was right for the Company to also acquire the controlling interest in MTKUSA in order to consolidate our global operations and to strengthen the Company’s financial position.”
