It’s still summer, which means the blockbusters are not done making their seasonal debuts just yet. In August 2017, moviegoers can expect to see dozens of titles hit theaters. From creepy thrillers to family-friendly animated films, here are the release dates and trailers for all the movies coming out this month.

Aug. 4

“Detroit”- R

Directed by Academy Award-winner Kathryn Bigelow, “Detroit” follows a group of young African American men as they fight for their lives against the Michigan National Guard during the Detroit Rebellion. John Boyega of “Star Wars” fame, Will Poulter and John Krasinski are in the cast. Check out the trailer above.

“The Dark Tower”- PG-13

The film based off Stephen King’s hit novel is finally coming to life. The action-adventure title follows Idris Elba as the Last Gunslinger as he fights against the evil that is the Man in Black, played by Matthew McConaughey, to keep the Dark Tower, which holds the universe in place, from falling.

“Wind River”- R

When a hunter (Jeremy Renner) discovers a murder on a Native American reservation he brings in an FBI agent (Elizabeth Olsen) to investigate. When they two start to dig, however, things get messy, especially when the tracker suspects more than one murderer is on the loose.

Aug. 11

“Annabelle: Creation” - R

After the death of their daughter, a couple welcomes orphaned children to live with them. Their guests soon find out they’re welcomed by a third residentt: the couple’s doll Annabelle, who is inhabited by an evil spirit. The film is a prequel to 2014’s “Annabelle.”

“The Glass Castle”- PG-13

This title will sound familiar to book fans. Jeannette Walls’s best-selling memoir of the same name comes to life in this film. Brie Larson plays the lead as a girl who finds herself at odds after being raised by a dysfunctional, poor, non-conforming parents. Naomi Watts and Woody Harrelson also star.

“The Nut Job 2: Nutty By Nature”- PG

When the Mayor announces their home at the park will be destroyed to make way for an Amusement Park, Surly (Will Arnett) and his animal friends work together to stop the build.

“Ingrid Goes West”- R

A social media obsessed woman, played by Aubrey Plaza, takes her love for internet influencers too far and flees to Los Angeles to try to infiltrate the life of a Instagram-famous woman, played by Elizabeth Olsen.

Aug. 18

“The Hitman’s Bodyguard”- R

A protection agent finds himself having to transport a hitman who is needed to testify in court. Can they make it to the trial on time and more importantly, alive? Ryan Reynolds star as the man in charge with Samuel L. Jackson star as the hitman. The star-studded cast also includes Gary Oldman and Salma Hayek.

Aug. 25

“All Saints”- PG

Reverend Spurlock (John Corbett) struggles to get members to join his church be begins passing out fliers to keep it from shutting down. When refugees seek his help but he’s unable to assist financially, Spurlock gets a message from God telling him to save the church by turning his land into a working farm.

“Polaroid”- NR

When two friends find a Polaroid camera in their new home they soon find out that taking photos with the device comes with deadly consequences. Years later, when an antique camera store worker (Kathryn Prescott) discovers the device and takes photos of her friends with it, the darkness follows.

“Tulip Fever”- R

Based on the worldwide bestseller by Deborah Moggach, “Tulip Fever” follows a beautiful orphan (Alicia Vikander) who is chosen to marry a rich man in 1634 Amsterdam. After she engages in an affair with a local painter (Dane DeHaan) commissioned to paint her portrait, the woman and her lover talk about running away, but she insists her rich husband (Christoph Waltz) wouldn’t stop looking for her until she’s dead. She then comes up with a plan to save themselves, which involves the burgeoning tulip market.
