Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak will address anti-government protesters sometime today, according to Reuters.

Moreover, the Al-Arabiya news service is reporting that Mubarak will not run for re-election.

Reuters also said that his newly-appointed vice president Omar Suleiman, has commenced talks with other political parties.
