TLC fans can’t seem to get enough of the dramatic weight loss journeys shared on “My 600-LB Life.” Although the network tends to provide “Where Are They Now?” profiles on certain subjects, fans are always interested in learning whether some of the other participants were able to maintain their diets and continue to lose weight after the cameras stopped rolling.

Take a look a some of the latest updates from the stars of “My 600-LB Life.”

Lee Sutton And Rena Kiser

In the Season 6 premiere, viewers met obese couple Lee and Rena, who initially had a difficult weight loss journey. After Lee managed to lose enough weight to get approved for gastric bypass surgery, Dr. Now realized that he wouldn’t be a good support system for his girlfriend and decided to hold off on her surgery. After going to some therapy and revealing their abusive relationship, the couple began to work on their romance, allowing Rena to later be approved for surgery. From there, the couple continued to lose weight. In November, Lee shared a cartoon photo of himself and Rena sporting trim figures on Facebook.

Although he revealed that he wasn’t allowed to share recent photos, he stated that he and Rena have continued to lose weight. “We’re doing it!! 400 lbs together,” he wrote.

Marla McCants

Marla appeared on the show in Season 3, weighing around 700 pounds. By the end of her episode, Marla weighed 534 pounds. Although Marla has not disclosed her exact weight since her time off the show, her Facebook photos as of Oct. 25, 2017 reveal that she has kept the weight off and continues to shed the pounds.

James King

The subject, who appeared on the show in Season 5 weighing 791 pounds, later gained an additional 50 pounds. He has reportedly only gotten worse since his episode went off the air. Radar Online reported that King has recently been released from the ICU after suffering from “sepsis, cirrhosis and kidney failure.” His father told the website that James was also admitted because he had high blood pressure and an infection.

During his episode, James struggled to follow the nutritional diet given to him and was denied weight loss surgery.
