A naked man was arrested for trespassing in a waterway next to JFK airport's Fuel farm early on Tuesday morning.

The man was spotted skinny dipping and when he was approached he ran towards the fuel farm scaling a fence and entering a restricted zone where he was arrested, according to Steve Coleman, a spokesman for the Port Authority and New Jersey.

The man never entered the prohibited fuel farm area and was never in a restricted area, Coleman Said but according to the AP he was taken to the nearby Jamaica Hospital for a Psychiatric evaluation.

The man has identified himself as Greg Rogriguez, aged 30, according to the New York Post.

The arrest comes a year after two men were convicted in a 2007 plot to blow up fuel tanks at the airport. A congressional on airport security will be held in Washington on Thursday.
