Natina Reed, one of the three female singers from the R&B group Blaque, was killed Friday after being struck by a car in Atlanta. Reed would have been 33-years-old on Sunday.

According to authorities, Reed was struck by a car in metro Atlanta on Friday. The Gwinnett County Police Department said the accident happened late Friday in the roadway of intersection U.S. 29 near Lilburn and it is unclear why Reed was in the road.

Police said the driver of the vehicle, whose name has not been released, called 911 while someone tried to revive Reed on the scene. However, Reed was pronounced dead at Gwinnett Medical Center.

The driver will not be charged after police declared it an accident.

Reed was part of the late 1990's musical act, Blaque, along with Brandi Williams and Shamari Fears. The group, whose name stood for "Believing, Life, Achieving, Quest, Unity, Everything," sold more than 1.5 million albums in there debut with hits like, "Bring It All To Me," "808" and "I Do." Reed appeared in the 2000 film "Bring It On" alongside Kirsten Dunst and Eliza Dushku.
