Naya Rivera is ready to share with fans what being pregnant is really like. The former “Glee” actress decided to start blogging about her experience earlier in her pregnancy, sharing the good, the bad and the just plain “odd.” Now that she just passed the start of her second trimester, Rivera is opening up about how pregnancy has affected her and her husband Ryan Dorsey.

In her second post, which appeared on People.com, Rivera got candid about how difficult it’s been to be intimate with her husband since finding out they were expecting. She wrote that as her second trimester -- or the “golden months” of pregnancy -- approached, she was excited to “have wild sex with” her hubby. Unfortunately as her belly grew, so did Dorsey’s discomfort. Like many men, Rivera said her beau finds it difficult to have sex with “the baby (my belly) staring him in the face.”

“Things like sex with my husband became a bit odd for me due to the fact that I was now limited to about two positions in order to not squash -- as my husband puts it -- ‘it’s roof’ or have the baby (my belly) staring him in the face,” she said. “I feel like men are constantly imagining their baby winking at them when they make love to their pregnant wives thus making sexy times more few and far between.”

Not only have things in the bedroom become an issue. In her blog, Rivera shares with fans how much she’s been forced to change her entire life, even down to how she gets out of bed. Now that she is “sporting a full on bump” the 28-year-old requires assistance doing simple tasks like tying her shoes, getting up and even getting out of bed in the morning. The “Devious Maids” star says she’s had to adopt “a stop drop and roll technique” to make things easier on herself and the baby.

Rivera married Dorsey in July 2014. The pair jetted off to Cabo for an intimate destination wedding. After seven months of marriage the couple announced they were expecting their first child. Three months prior to marrying the "Justified" actor, Rivera was engaged to Big Sean. A rep for the rapper told People magazine it was him who made the decision to call off the wedding “after careful thought and much consideration.”

Rivera has yet to announce when she and Dorsey are due to welcome their first child into the world. It has been rumored that she is due in the fall.
