The NCAA Tournament resumes tonight with the first games of the Sweet 16, the action starts at 7:15 p.m. on CBS with number 1 seed Syracuse taking on number 4 Wisconsin.

But if you won't be near a television, there are still ways to watch the games for free on your computer, iPad, laptop, or phone.

In years past it was as easy as jumping on the March Madness On Demand streams and away you went. This year, March Madness On Demand has been rebranded March Madness Live and it comes with a $3.99 fee.

Coke Zero is offering free access to the March Madness Live streams simply by signing up to receive their text alerts. To sign up, text 0+yourfavoriteteam, to 2653. You can use any college playing in the tournament, for instance, 0kansas, 0syracuse, or 0wisconsin.

The system will reply with a text message that will give you a code that can be entered at www.ncaa.com/cokezero, that code will allow you to sign up for an account that will let you watch for free from any mobile device.

Sending the text message will subscribe you to a number of text alerts from Coke, but you can opt out of those by replying to the initial message.
