NeNe Leakes is trying to see the best amid the controversy surrounding her.

Initially, Leakes was slated to host a November concert featuring the girl group Xscape, but due to her unwelcomed rape remarks, the band announced on Thursday that they were "dismayed." The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star was fired from "The Great Xscape" tour, but she remains positive about everything.

On the same day, Leakes took to Instagram and confessed that she had a breakdown. However, she's over it and is already doing fine.

"A lot of people know me as NeNe who's laughing and talking, a lot of don't know me as NeNe who would break down. I actually had a real breakdown," Leakes said (via People). "Trust and believe, I'm so okay, I'm in a great place today. I can't say I haven't been in a great place these last few days. I'm so okay with everything, I just haven't talked a lot or spoken out a lot."

Leakes admitted that she regrets the words she said on stage in Oakland and issued an apology. "I hope people accept my deepest and sincerest apologies. I am sorry," she wrote on Facebook. However, the publication noted that the reality star seemed to have a change of heart in her most recent posts.

"Yesterday I got a little bit emotional. I have never said anything that the heckler said to me. All the girls on the tour with me know what happened," she wrote on Instagram (via People). Despite the scandal plaguing Leakes she has been enjoying her time with friends.

On Thursday, Leakes shared a snap of her with Cynthia Bailey and Marlo Hampton on Instagram. The three are all smiles and are obviously having a great time together. "After laughing, crying & drinking, we decided to make faces#thatswhatfriendsare," the former "Glee" star wrote in the caption.

In related news, Kim Zolciak-Biermann threatened to sue Leakes if she won't apologize for her "racist" comments on Instagram. The "Don't Be Tardy" star already hired a legal counsel, Alison Hart from the high-powered law firm Lavey & Singer. Hart already made a "super threatening demand letter" asking Leakes to retract her statements against Zolciak-Biermann and issue an apology.
