Netflix Expiring May 2015

Nothing in life is permanent – especially not on subscription streaming services. Netflix is once again cleaning out some titles. The good news: There are only a couple of TV shows expiring in May, so you still have plenty of time to binge-watch “Daredevil.” The bad news: More than 50 movies are disappearing from Netflix throughout the month, IGN reports.

If you’ve been putting off watching some classics, it’s time to start your marathon. Audrey Hepburn’s 1954 film “Sabrina” and 1957 movie “Funny Face” are among the films expiring on May 1. The beloved comedy “Airplane!” is also leaving, as well as the aptly titled “Airplane II: The Sequel.”

Several sequel films are departing Netflix in May, in fact. “Friday the 13th: Part 7: The New Blood,” “Into the Blue 2: The Reef,” “The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement” and “The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia” are sequels that weren’t quite as loved as the originals. One sequel fans might be upset to lose is “Skyfall,” the hit 2012 James Bond film. See if anything you love will expire from Netflix’s streaming service in May below.
