The New Zealand economy issued its retail sales for June, which rose by 0.9%, compared with a previous reading of 0.4%, while the actual reading came better than expectations that noted of 0.5%.

Also monthly retail sales excluding Auto inclined 1.5% during June, which came higher than the previous reading -0.2% in May, and the anticipations estimated of 0.5%.

Quarterly retail sales excluding inflation advanced 1.3% during the second quarter of the year, compared with a previous of 0.2% in the 1st quarter, while analysts' expectations referred to 0.3%.
