The New Zealand economy released today data on the trade balance, export and import during January, where the actual reading of the trade balance showed a value of 11 million NZ dollars compared to the previous reading of -250 million NZ dollars revised to -264 million NZ dollars, where expectation referred to a value of -25 million NZ dollars.

As for Exports the actual reading showed a value of 3.29 billion NZ dollars compared to the previous reading of 3.80 billion NZ dollars revised to 3.80 billion NZ dollars forecasted to be 3.63 billion NZ dollars. Imports showed an actual reading of 3.38 billion NZ dollars compared to the previous reading of 4.05 billion NZ dollars revised to 4.06 billion NZ dollars forecasted to be 3.37 billion NZ dollars.
