Next One Interactive, Inc., based in Weston, FL, announced today that it has agreed to terms with Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, through Comcast Spotlight’s Searchlight Video On Demand (VOD) advertising platform. “Homes On Demand” will be an on-demand channel that will reach more than 15 million homes and allow potential buyers to browse homes for sale both locally and worldwide. This video service will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The channel is slated to debut in late spring of this year.
Bill Kerby, CEO and Vice Chairman of Next One, was quoted in the press release as saying, ”The real estate industry today seeks brand awareness and the ability to reach new potential buyers. Comcast Spotlight’s Searchlight advertising platform enables Homes TV to provide a valuable service to consumers and real estate companies and another media platform for Next One to generate revenue from interstitial advertising , sponsorships, referral fees and commissions consistent with our business model.”
To handle the video production, Next One has come to terms with Chicago, IL based, Liquidus Marketing, Inc. Liquidus is an industry leader and uses their proprietary production platform to work with clients to create large volumes of product video ads using existing static collateral and data.
“Homes on Demand” will also be streaming at the same time as Next One’s full time television programming network, Resort and Residence TV (R&R). Resort and Residence TV is focused on programming centered on real estate and travel, available through specific cable, satellite and broadcast outlets. This network began streaming at the beginning of this month.
