The three-bedroom, 74th-floor apartment was purchased in 2006 for $14 million. The New England Patriots quarterback has never moved into the apartment, according to WSJ, and listed it on the market in early 2007. The condo since then has been rented out for $50,000 a month to a family. The sale price has not been disclosed.
The first player to be unanimously chosen as MVP in the 2010 season, Mr. Brady has won three Super Bowls, holds numerous regular season and postseason records and has gained many awards and titles. The football star is married to Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
