Week 6 could end up being one of the most difficult slate of games for bettors in the 2014 NFL season, considering more than half of the visiting teams are favored. According to the betting odds at Las Vegas casinos, seven teams are getting at least a field goal at home.

In Week 5, the favorites had the slight edge, covering eight of the 15 betting lines. Below are picks against the spread for every game in Week 6.

Indianapolis Colts (-3) at Houston Texans

The two teams have a share of first place, but the Colts are the much better team. Andrew Luck is playing like an elite quarterback, and Ryan Fitzpatrick is one of the worst starters in the league. Indianapolis is 7-1 in their last eight games against the spread as road favorites, via Odds Shark, and that trend should continue on Thursday night.

Prediction ATS: Indianapolis

Denver Broncos (-9.5) at New York Jets

The betting line might be an overreaction to the Jets’ 31-0 Week 5 loss, but it’s still not smart to pick against the Broncos. Since Peyton Manning arrived in Denver, the Broncos have played few close games, with all but one of their wins coming by at least seven points. Manning should have a big day against New York’s secondary, and Geno Smith has looked as bad as any quarterback in the league.

Prediction ATS: Denver

Pittsburgh Steelers (+1.5) at Cleveland Browns

The Steelers barely beat the Browns at home in Week 1, and they might not be so fortunate in Week 6. Many fans expected Johnny Manziel to be starting at this point in the season, but Brian Hoyer has been more than adequate at quarterback. All of Cleveland’s games have been decided by three points or less, and they’ll have the advantage at home if the contest comes down to the wire.

Prediction ATS: Cleveland

Jacksonville Jaguars (+6) at Tennessee Titans

Whether it’s Charlie Whitehurst or Jake Locker at quarterback for the Titans, it might not matter. Jacksonville is the clear-cut worst team in the NFL, and they are the only team that has lost against the spread every week. Tennessee only has one win, but the Jaguars have lost every road game by at least 17 points.

Prediction ATS: Tennessee

Chicago Bears (+3) at Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons have not looked good in their past two games, but they should have a bounce-back week against the Bears. Atlanta’s offense performs much better at home, and they should find success against a Chicago defense that has allowed 69 total points in the last two games.

Prediction ATS: Atlanta

Green Bay Packers (-3) at Miami Dolphins

After a slow start, the Packers are playing like many thought they would in 2014. Totaling 80 points in the last two games, Green Bay’s offense looks like one of the best in the league. The Dolphins put up a lot of points against the Oakland Raiders, but it’s not likely that they’ll be able to keep up with Aaron Rodgers and company.

Prediction ATS: Green Bay

Detroit Lions (-1.5) at Minnesota Vikings

With Teddy Bridgewater back on the field, the Vikings’ offense should be much improved on Sunday. The Lions’ offense has been disappointing this season, ranking 27th in points per game. Calvin Johnson’s injury has limited him in the last two weeks, and it could prevent him from playing all together. The Vikings are 18-2 in their last 20 games against Detroit in Minnesota, and there’s a good chance they’ll win on Sunday.

Prediction ATS: Minnesota

Carolina Panthers (+7) at Cincinnati Bengals

AJ Green’s status for the game leaves some questions unanswered for the Bengals, but they are still the safe bet at home. They are 9-1 against the spread in their last 10 home games, and they should be able to take care of business against a Carolina team that was blown out in their last two losses.

Prediction ATS: Cincinnati

New England Patriots (-3) at Buffalo Bills

The Patriots proved they are still the team to beat in the AFC East with their 26-point win over the Bengals. New England has had some trouble covering point spreads as road favorites, but they are dominant against Buffalo, winning 20 of the last 21 meetings against the Bills. Buffalo was fortunate to beat Detroit last week, who missed three field goals, and Sunday should be another loss against their division rivals.

Prediction ATS: New England

Baltimore Ravens (-3) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

They only have one win on the season, but the Buccaneers look like a formidable opponent with Mike Glennon under center. Tampa Bay nearly beat the Saints in New Orleans, where Sean Payton hasn’t lost since 2010. The Ravens aren’t nearly as good on the road, and their below-average pass defense could cause them to be upset in Week 6.

Prediction ATS: Tampa Bay

San Diego Chargers (-7) at Oakland Raiders

In years past, the Chargers would likely have a letdown in Oakland. However, with Philip Rivers playing like an MVP candidate and San Diego proving themselves to be one of the league’s best teams, they should have a big win against the Raiders. Oakland is one of two winless teams, and they could have a rough week, following the firing of head coach Dennis Allen.

Prediction ATS: San Diego

Dallas Cowboys (+8) at Seattle Seahawks

They might be tied for the best record in the NFL, but the Cowboys still have a lot to prove. Dallas’s wins have come against mediocre opponents, and their one loss came to the San Francisco 49ers. Seattle is virtually unbeatable at home, where they’ve covered the spread in six of their last eight games as favorites.

Prediction ATS: Seattle

Washington Redskins (+3.5) at Arizona Cardinals

With three days to go before their Week 6 game, the Cardinals are still unsure which of their three quarterbacks will get the start. Carson Palmer’s health has improved, but it’s still unknown if his shoulder will be good to go. No matter who is at quarterback against the Redskins, Arizona’s defense should be good enough to give them the win against an inconsistent Washington offense.

Prediction ATS: Arizona

New York Giants (+3) at Philadelphia Eagles

The Giants have proven a lot of critics wrong, winning three straight games after an 0-2 start. Eli Manning and company finally look comfortable in the new offensive system, scoring at least 30 points in each of the last three games. New York’s secondary is good enough to slow down the Eagles’ offense, and possibly steal a win in Philadelphia.

Prediction ATS: New York

San Francisco 49ers (-3.5) at St. Louis Rams

Even though they are currently in third place in their division, the 49ers are still among the best teams in the league. San Francisco is 8-1 against the spread in their last nine games on “Monday Night Football,” and 7-1-1 ATS in their last nine games as road favorites. The 49ers are the No.3 rushing team in the league, and they could have a big day against the No.29 rush defense.

Prediction ATS: San Francisco
