Nick Gordon hasn’t given up on seeing Bobbi Kristina Brown in the hospital just yet. The 25 year old has reportedly not been allowed to come to his girlfriend’s bedside since she was admitted Jan. 31. He has publicly asked the Brown and Houston families several times to allow him the opportunity to visit her to no avail.
Nearly three months later, Gordon is still at it. This time releasing a statement through his lawyer, Joe S. Habachy, to Us Weekly on Monday. The statement states that Gordon “has respected to the families’ wishes,” but now, more than ever, he wants to see her.
“He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her,” the statement reads.
Neither the Browns nor the Houstons have responded to Gordon’s latest plea, but in a previous statement, delivered by lawyer Christopher Brown, they revealed to the world that Gordon was given an opportunity to visit Bobbi Kristina, the daughter of late musician Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown. The statement said he “declined to meet the terms” set by the family, adding that he was “not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe.” It is unclear what the terms of that agreement were, but his legal representatives “advised him not to meet” them.
As we previously reported, Gordon was banned from the hospital after Bobbi Kristina’s family became suspicious that he was somehow involved in the incident that lead to her hospitalization. She is currently in a medically induced coma after being found unconscious in the bathtub inside her Georgia home. Upon further inspection, doctors noticed unusual marks on the 22-year-old entertainer’s body, which they reported to authorities. A criminal investigation was launched, but it remains unclear what the investigation has uncovered.
