Nicki Minaj is currently in hot water for the delayed release of her “Regrets In Your Tears” music video. The clip is highly anticipated among her army of Barbz since the song itself is her diss track to ex-lover Meek Mill. Plus, Onika had already promised to release the short film this Sunday.

As of press time, most of Minaj’s die-hard fans are already demanding and even saying mean remarks just so the Young Money artist would hear them out and drop the “Regrets In Your Tears” music video. “Girl, I’m about to go wash my hair and take a shower. If the video isn’t out by the time I’m done, we got beef,” one fan wrote. “Queen you are pissing me off. Like when are you really dropping the video? The day is almost done,” another commented.

Many others expressed their feelings using memes that range from depressing to just downright bizarre.

Other fans have come up with theories about why the video is taking so long to arrive. “She is waiting for 3 million views before she drops the video,” a fan pointed out, referring to the view count on the preview Minaj posted on Instagram that has over 2.6 million views. When Meek Mill’s ex tweeted that the promo vid still needed eight more hours until it gets released, one fan speculated that Queen Barbz wasn’t referring to actual time. “8 hours in nicki [sic] time means 8 months from now… bye,” the fan stated.

Some fans also got irritated when Minaj updated her Instagram with a video clip of her laughing while getting ready to sleep in a private jet. “You raising my blood pressure.. where this [sic] video?” one complained. “I’m tired of waiting. Been waiting all day for the video. Your [sic] my queen but either your [sic] crazy or high af,” another wrote.

Minaj’s social media accounts have been flooded with complaints and demands from her fans ever since the teaser she released on Saturday. In the post, she asked her fans to get the clip to half a million views, so that her new music video gets released and another secret from her upcoming music gets unlocked.

Since the preview accumulated a million views in just two hours, Minaj did a follow-up post saying that the big secret she has to share is that the “Regrets In Your Tears” music video will be a Tidal-exclusive. She then urged fans to use the music streaming service just so they won’t miss the premiere of her short film.

Earlier this month, Minaj started the hype over her new music video when she revealed online that the film was shot by the iconic Mert and Marcus. She also teased fans by asking their opinion about the best place for her to debut the video for her “fave song of all time.”

Since the release of the song, many have jumped the bandwagon, saying that the breakup lyrics were targeting Mill. And this wasn’t surprising since Minaj and Mill had such a bitter split that they had since thrown potshots at each other online. “Regrets In Your Tears” is also one of the trio of singles Minaj released as her means of firing back at Mill and Remy Ma. For the other two, she collaborated with Drake and Lil Wayne and came up with “Changed It” and “No Frauds” — both have lyrics that are clearly for Papoose’s wife.
