Nicki Minaj denies having had any plastic surgery done-- at least on her face.

In a recent interview with Extra, Minaj, who is currently promoting the VIVA glam makeup line with MAC, spoke with Renee Bargh, and stated, “I’ve never had surgery on my face.”

Many have speculated that the 30-year-old rapper has had a nose job, among other surgeries, on her face. But Minaj says it is all about the makeup her team uses.

“When people see my makeup, they think all types of crazy things that I'm doing to my skin, but it's makeup.”

The rapper, who often presents herself as a Barbie, even admits that though there are audience viewers who idolize her, she is not always glamorous.

Minaj admitted that her dressed-down look is usually a “scarf on my head, T-shirt, Uggs.”

Aside from being MAC’s cover girl, Minaj has also been working on a new music video, “Freaks,” alongside rapper French Montana.

A behind-the-scenes video was released earlier this week, and it is evident that Minaj will be leaving the Uggs, scarves, and T-shirts at home. In the footage, Minaj wears pasties and little else.

Wearing an open blazer, animal-print leggings and pasties, Minaj shows off arguably one of the best bodies in the female rap game.

But this year has already had downsides. Minaj got snubbed by the Grammy Awards, although she had top hits in 2012 including “Starships” and “Beez in the Trap.”

Minaj does not seem too concerned, however. “I’ve gotten tons of awards, and I believe when it’s my time to get a Grammy, I’ll get a Grammy,” she told the Associated Press.

“I think that the Grammys had a different reason that I do not want to discuss … and that’s just between me and them. But I respect their organization and I’ll get a Grammy eventually. I’m not worried about it.”
