Nicole Kidman Reveals How She Keeps In Touch With Her And Tom Cruise’s Kids, Connor And Isabella

Nicole Kidman is tech savvy, especially when it comes to getting in touch with her kids with ex-husband Tom Cruise. The 48-year-old actress admitted that she is definitely into internet and technology when it comes to communicating with her kids, Isabella, 22, and Connor, 20.

In a new Q & A interview with DuJour, Kidman said of her children, “I have four children, so to stay in touch with them is very important.” For Kidman, she said that she’s definitely engaged with modern technology but she doesn’t let it rule her life, reported Perez Hilton.

Aside from Connor and Isabella, Kidman also has two daughters with Keith Urban, four-year-old Faith Margaret, and seven-year-old, Sunday Rose.

The actress had been silent about her two eldest kids in her interviews in the past. She explained in an interview she had back in 2012 that she has chosen not to speak publicly about Scientology. Kidman was quoted saying, “I have two children who are Scientologists -- Connor and Isabella -- and I utterly respect their beliefs.”

She did, however, praise her kids in an interview she had in May on Women’s Weekly. She said that the two are generous, kind, and hardworking, and that those are the traits that she loves seeing in her children.

As for her relationship with Urban, she said that communicating with him is entirely different than communicating with her kids with Cruise. She said that she and her husband never text each other, ET Online reported.

“Once in a blue moon, we’ll text. But mainly we say, ‘I want to hear your voice.’ That’s very unusual but we’ve been together for 10 years. We started like that and we haven’t changed it. We don’t email each other either. So it’s about trying to keep it as intimate and personal as possible,” Kidman stated.

Kidman also revealed that Urban still writes her love letters and is constantly wooing her. Urban, in an interview said, “I’m chasing her all the time. That’s the way it should be.
