Nicole Richie had a car accident on Monday in Beverly Hills apparently resulting in slightly injuries, celebrity blogging site TMZ.com reported.

Richie was with an adult male passenger at the time of the accident and her children were not with her.

A paparazzi rear-ended into Ritchie's car, the report says citing law enforcement officials.

No word of her medical condition was officially reported.
