No Foul Play Suspected After Body Found In Demi Moore's Pool

An unidentified 21-year-old man was found dead in actress Demi Moore’s Los Angeles swimming pool. The body was discovered Sunday morning, and police believe the fatal incident occurred late Saturday night.

The 52-year-old actress and her three children – Rumer, Tallulah and Scout Willis – were not home at the time, but neighbors told TMZ that numerous parties have been held at the home “day and night.” One source says the caretaker of the home threw the party. Meanwhile, Sgt. A. Bone of the Los Angeles police confirmed to ABC 13 that the man was “associated” with someone who had “access” to Moore’s pool.

According to TMZ, police believe that the man was not a victim of foul play, but instead did not know how to swim and accidentally fell into the water. The story is still developing, and police have yet to reveal the identity of the victim.
