North West In Balmain Outfit For Ballet Classes

Little North West -- daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West -- appeared in a custom white leather Balmain jacket and tutu for her ballet classes at Miss Melodee Studios in Los Angeles on Thursday. The ballerina-inspired look was completed with a matching white leotard and ballet flats. The blazer was embellished with gold buttons.

The 22-month-old paired her monochromatic look with her favorite hairstyle, a topknot. The little girl’s hair was pulled back tightly and tied into a high topknot. She also sported a pair of diamond studs. The toddler looked chic in her all-white ensemble, according to E! Online.

Nori’s mom Kim Kardashian shared an adorable picture of her daughter on Instagram. She captioned the picture “Ballet in Balmain.” She also posted another picture of the toddler holding her head while walking with Aunt Kourtney’s daughter Penelope dressed for ballet classes. The kids were pictured emerging from the ballet classes in Studio City, California. Little Penelope wore a black tutu with floral embroidery and a sheer panel. She paired the ensemble with blush ballet pumps and her light brown locks were tied in a cute little bun. Kim simply hashtagged the picture, writing “Paparazzi Got Me”.

The jacket that Nori is wearing seems to be part of her designer wardrobe from the family's designer friend Oliver Rousteing, creative director of Balmian. It features gold buttons, pointed lapels, and a single-button close. In November, Kim shared the gift from the designer via Instagram. He had made for North three different versions of the jacket. One was white, one was black, and the third one was black with white trims and white pocket flaps, without collar.

Kim wrote at the time: “OMG!!!!! Look what @olivier_rousteing sent North! Thank you @BalmainParis for these little custom jackets to match mommy!!!” Later that month, Nori wore the white one paired with a denim skirt. Kim has known for a long time that her and Kanye’s baby girl has a strong sense of fashion. In a 2014 interview with People, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star described her daughter’s style as “simple, classic and really chic.”
