RTTNews - Friday, the Statistics Norway said in a report that the industrial production dropped a working day adjusted 4% year-on-year in April, after falling 1.6% in March.

Month-on-month, industrial production declined a seasonally adjusted 1.6% in April, compared to the 2.7% drop in the preceding month.

During the January to April period, industrial production slipped 0.9% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Manufacturing output dropped 10.6% year-on-year in April, while the production was down 1.4% compared to the previous month. For the first four months of the year, manufacturing output decreased 5.7% from last year.
