Producer prices in Norway dropped 4.7% year-on-year in April, after a 0.3% decline in March, the Statistics Norway said Monday.

Prices of manufacturing, mining and quarrying slipped 2.9% on an annual basis in April, while the price for the extraction of oil and natural gas declined 6.5%. Price of electricity, gas and steam supply was down 1%.

Month-on-month, producer prices fell 0.6% in April, following a 0.1% decline in March.
