Reversing Asian and early European sessions' downtrend, the New Zealand dollar gained ground against its major rivals in early New York trading on Wednesday. The kiwi climbed to 0.5667 against the greenback, 55.45 versus the Japanese yen and 2.3862 against the euro by 8:55 am Eastern Time from previously hit multi-day lows of 0.5554, 54.14 and 2.42, respectively. As of now, the kiwi is quoted at 0.566 against the greenback, 2.3884 versus the euro and 55.41 against the Japanese yen.
